su - zimbra

# check the previous conf

zmprov gacf | grep zimbraMtaMyDestination

# change configuration

zmprov mcf zimbraMtaMyDestination 'localhost new.example.com'

# restart mta

zmmtactl stop

zmmtactl start

# check new conf

zmprov gacf | grep zimbraMtaMyDestination
