Tulisan ini sengaja aku copy paste dan tidak mengubah dari Penulis aslinya (pak Dicky Wahyudi) MDADM pengganti RAIDTOOLS Hari ini ceritanya aku menginstall server backup untuk nggantiin yang lama Seperti udah jadi kebiasaan , semua yang aku kerjakan seperti sudah terpola … step-by-step. Tetapi ! Pas lagi mo configure raid, aku nemu sesuatu yang aneh … kelar bikin /etc/raidtab, coba jalanin raidstart … lho koq gak ada. Coba install via yum …. “yum -y install raidtools“, nihil ! Tidak ada paket yg bernama raidtools… Nah lho… Coba search di fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/RPM, keyword /sbin/raidstart … ditemukan raidtools hanya untuk FC2, tidak ada paket utk FC3. Googling … keyword “raidstart fedora core 3†… ditemukan beberapa hasil dengan kesamaan kata “mdadm“.
